Check-Inn® Service ContractThe Service Contract provides technical support during our normal business hours and access to software updates for Check-Inn. A current Service Contract is required for any online travel reservation interfaces including Connect-Inn Channel Manager, Booking Button, and Website services. It is also required for Expedia, Booking.com, or GDS connections. The addition of any other services, hardware, or changes to your Check-Inn service require an active Service Contract. Please contact our Sales department for any questions. (Complimentary six-month Service Contract provided with initial purchase of our Check-Inn® desktop PMS.)

Website Design and HostingCustom website design for your property. Includes hosting and unlimited updates. (Booking Engine Service Required)

Zeamster Payment GatewayAutomatically charge online booking engine reservations. Requires Connect-Inn Booking Button and Zeamster gateway service agreement.

Emergency After – Hours CallOnly available to properties with an active Service Contract.

Advanced ID Scanner*Scans a photo ID into Check-Inn® and attaches it to the guest record. Populates the fields on Guest Screen with info from 2D barcode on license.
*The Advanced ID Scanner must be purchased directly from Innsoft and requires active service contract at time of purchase.

Signature Pads*Captures electronic signatures. Can be used in many different areas of Check-Inn®, including credit card transactions, folios, check-in/out, shift reports, etc.

Passport Scanner*Scans a one-sided image of a passport or photo ID and attaches it to the guest record in Check-Inn. Populates the fields on the Guest Screen with info from the passport or 2D barcode on license.
